Tuition for lessons at the Atlanta Professional Dance School is an annual fee, which is paid in 9 monthly installments. The annual fee is based on the total number of classes of study per week. As the number of classes per week increases, the overall class rate decreases. There is a discount if you make your payment by the 1st of the month.

The monthly rate is based on the total classes of weekly study for all members of a family who are enrolled.

Each class is guaranteed to meet a minimum of 32 times during the school year. In most cases, the actual number of class sessions over the year is greater. Should any one class meet less than 32 times due to bad weather, etc., make-up classes will be scheduled.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:
Thanksgiving Break and Christmas Break.

WE DO NOT CLOSE FOR TEACHER WORK DAYS OR ANY OTHER HOLIDAYS.

REGISTRATION AND PROCESSING FEE:
$15 (Non-refundable Fee)
$10 each additional child in the same family

2.5-4 years old 30minutes per class Creative movement
5-7 years old 45 minutes per class Elementary
8-10 years old one hour per class Intermediate
11 years old and up Hour and half per Ballet class Advanced, Pre professionals and Adult

Adult Class is not age limited at one hour per class

Tap, Jazz and Chinese Folk Dance classes are all in one-hour session per class.
Creative Movement and Elementary classes are always counted as full hour classes.

7 The Company and Junior Company Members: If joint unlimited class, all company rehearsals are FREE.
8 Private Class and rehearsal is available for all students. Please contact school for tuition information.

Adult physical fitness class students will purchase a class card at $80 for 12 classes at any times (one hour per class).
Class cards are available to Adult students who do not want to pay on a monthly basis. Please inquire.
Tuition is due the last day of the first week in each month. WE DO NOT SENT OUT BILLS. If past due day, you have to pay full tuition in CASH. A service charge of $25 will be assesses for any returned checks.

MISSED CLASSES-- any missed class may be made up in similar level within one month of the missed class. Please check with your child's instructor for recommendation. No refunds or reductions are made for missed classes.

CANCELLATION-- You may withdraw from any or all classes at any time by giving written notice to the office no later than the 15th of the month. If written notice is not received by the 14th, you are obligated to pay the next month's tuition payment.

SPRING PERFORMANCE FEE-A performance fee ($50-$80) is charged for our annual Spring Performance, which is held at the end of the school year (Around the end of May). This fee includes the cost of the costume, as well as money to help us to rent the theater, make the sets, hire stagehands, etc. The fee is due no later than November 30. If your child is not going to perform, you must notify us in writing on later than November 30 to avoid payment of the performance fee. There is no charge for admission towards our school student families and relatives.
