AGREEMENT AND RULES
TUITION: This agreement is for the 2008-2009 academic Year. Tuition is based on the weeks of instruction. If paying monthly, the payments are due by the 1st class day of the month. A late fee of $15 per month applies if payment is received after the 10th of the month. A $25 fee is charged for returned checks. With 1 Payment (From August 2008 – may 2009)10% off (with reg.) With 2 payment (First payment From August - December2008) (Second payment From January – May2009)
MISSED CLASSES: Missed classes may be made up at any time during the academic year if the class if offered more than one time per week. It is not necessary to advise the office in advance to make up a class.
ATTIRE: Proper attire must be worn during class according to the School’s dress code. Each student will receive a copy of the dress code, which is also posted at the School.
PERFORMANCES AND FEES: Performing in productions is encouraged but not mandatory. A fee is required for October school performance in which the student participates. The performance fee is $80. (Students can have one costume and 2 tickets of performance).
NOTICES: Important notices are posted in the School. Students will also receive some email messages. It is the student’s responsibility to check his email for information.
REFUNDS: No refunds, credits, or discounts are offered for withdrawal, termination, or classes not attended.
RELEASE: The Atlanta Professional Dance Academy assumes no liability for the purposes of the student for accidents caused by acts of said student. The person signing the contract on behalf of the student assumes responsibility thereof. The School much be advised of all pre-existing physical and /or medical conditions. In the event of a medical emergency, the School will seek emergency medical treatment unless otherwise advised in writing by the parent or guardian. The School reserves the right to terminate any student that fails to abide by the rules or for disciplinary reasons. Photographs or videos taken of the student by the School or media may be used for publication unless the School is otherwise notified in writing by the parent or guardian at registration.
